A*/A (9-7) Grades = 60%
Progress 8 Score = 0.66 (Well Above Average - top 12% of schools nationally)  
Attainment 8 Score = 69.7 (National Average = 44.6%)

Percentage of pupils achieving a grade 5 or better in English and maths = 96% (National Average = 39.6%)
Percentage of pupils achieving the English Baccalaureate = 75% (NB this is optional at DGGS - National Average = 19.7%)

A Level 2017

Students achieve excellent results at A Level, placing DGGS as one of the leading A Level providers in Kent.  In 2017 students achieved 40% A*-A and 72 A*-B.  Students take up places at many prestigious universities, including the Russell Group and Oxbridge, with an impressive number beginning the most competitive courses such as medicine, dentistry, medical engineering and law.
